1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PMCareer.Coach (the "Service"), operated by DreamStackLLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Services

PMCareer.Coach provides:

• Product management career coaching and consultation
• Interview preparation and practice sessions
• Resume and portfolio reviews
• Career strategy and guidance
• Various session formats (intro calls, regular sessions, 90-minute deep dives)

3. User Accounts and Registration

To book services, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Scheduling

Appointment Booking:

• All appointments must be booked through our website
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Appointments are subject to coach availability
• You will receive confirmation via email with meeting details

Session Types:

• Intro Call (20 min): Initial consultation
• Regular Session (60 min): Standard coaching session
• 90-Minute Deep Dive: Extended strategic session

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the session: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• No-shows forfeit the session fee

Rescheduling:

• Free rescheduling if requested 24+ hours in advance
• Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee
• Maximum of 2 reschedules per booked session

6. Payment Terms

• All fees are in USD and due at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards
• Payments are processed through secure third-party processors
• All sales are final except as stated in our cancellation policy

7. Service Guidelines and Expectations

Your Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Come prepared with questions and materials
• Provide honest information about your background and goals
• Respect the coach's time and expertise
• Maintain professional conduct during sessions

• Maintain confidentiality of your information
• Offer honest, constructive feedback
• Be punctual and prepared for sessions

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided during coaching sessions remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials for personal career development but may not redistribute, sell, or share them without our written permission.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and discussions. However, we may use anonymized success stories and general insights for marketing purposes with your consent.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantees:

While we provide expert coaching and guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, interview success, or career advancement. Success depends on many factors including your effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

Not Employment Services:

We are a coaching and consultation service, not an employment agency or recruiter. We do not find jobs for clients or make hiring decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamStackLLC and PMCareer.Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, resulting from your use of our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamStackLLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
